How it works?

I arrive on-site approximately 30 - 45 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up the equipment and materials. Guests are able to approach me for an illustration.

My assistant will take a quick photo, so you can enjoy the day while I draw. I work on the basis of 1 or 2 guests per illustration, but groups of 3 are also acceptable. The finished illustrations will be displayed and ready to be collected from the guests. If any remaining illustrations, they will be finished in my studio and will be posted.

How to book?

Please complete the inquiry form online or email us with more details about your preferred package, venue name/location, wedding date and time and we will get back to you with a quote. Once all details have being discussed and you are happy to go ahead, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. We will send you a deposit invoice along with Terms and Conditions. By paying the deposit, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. The remaining amount, plus travel and accommodation expenses (if applicable), is due 4 weeks before your wedding date.

What materials do you use?

I use mixed media - markers and watercolour.

What do you require to work?

​

​I will need a suitable space to work, including a table and two chairs for me and my assistant.

What area do you cover?

 

I’m based in the Lake District, but I’m happy to travel across UK and abroad. Travel/accommodation costs (if applicable) will be calculated based on the round trip distance between the event location and my studio. The first  30 miles of my location will be free, beyond that 50p per mile will be charged.

* For any bookings that fall over 2.5 hours from my location, only Silver and Gold  packages are available.

Can you add extra illustrations to the package?

 

Clients have the option to pay for additional illustrations, to be completed in the studio, after the event. The price is £50 for 10 illustrations (20 guests).

Do you offer live guests illustrations for destination weddings?

 

I'm happy to travel abroad. The prices vary depending on location. For more details and a quote, please get in touch.
